Kevin Quigley

Kevin is a Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear (CBRN) and Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) Subject Matter Expert at SummitET. He specializes in CBRN/CWMD integration, emergency management, HAZMAT/Firefighting/EMS Operations, theater security cooperation, information operations/planning, curriculum design, instructional delivery, rapid crisis planning, strategy development and exercises/evaluations.

Kevin served as a career CBRN Defense Officer and CWMD Planner for the United States Marine Corps; accruing over 21 years of active duty service culminating at Special Operations Command SOUTH. Kevin is a combat veteran of OIF/OEF/OIR who has also served at multiple overseas postings and shipboard assignments.

Adam Montella

Adam Montella  is an internationally recognized subject matter expert, speaker, and writer on numerous topics relating to emergency management, business continuity, physical and cyber security, homeland security, public health, disaster response, and recovery. 

Adam’s experience is underscored by serving in senior leadership positions on well over 100 presidentially declared disasters including the COVID-19 Federal Vaccination mission, Hurricanes Maria, Andrew, Hugo, and Katrina, the September 11 terrorist attacks, and the anthrax release at the U.S. Capitol.

He was also the on-camera security and survival expert on the Discovery Channel Series, THE COLONY.

In recognition of his contributions to the field of emergency management, Adam was presented the Innovations in American Government Award from Harvard University.

Andrew Manson

Andrew has over 22 years as a National Security and law enforcement professional. He recently retired from the FBI serving as an Executive Manager and Supervisory Special Agent where he led the domestic CBRNE Render Safe mission for the United States. 

He built partnerships across the interagency and with U.S. foreign partners to resolve threats against the United States and U.S. interests abroad. Andrew routinely briefed his program capabilities to principals and White House executive staff. He led the development, planning, and execution of a national-level, interagency, counter-WMD exercise series.

Andrew served many years as an FBI field agent and field supervisor. While at the Washington Field Office, Andrew served as a member of the FBI Director’s Protective Detail where he was responsible for the executive protection training program and led multiple security trips both internationally and domestically.
